COVID-19 Stonybrook Water’s Business Continuity Plan

Dear Friends in the Stonybrook Water Community,

In the past several weeks, our nation has been dramatically impacted by the COVID-19 virus sweeping across the globe. In this current climate, we want our customers to be well-informed about the structure and durability of our water coolers and our commitment to our customers to provide excellent customer service.

Everyone should be confident and 100% satisfied while using our products.

Our Products:

The ION series coolers have a “closed loop” system (whether countertop or floor model), meaning nothing can get inside the machine, leaving your water clear of any bacteria or viruses.

All Wellsys machines have an “anti-microbial” surface and a HEPA filter that removes all bacteria and viruses. In addition, inside the reservoir, a UV LED light shines 24/7, killing all bacteria and viruses.

To clean your machine, you need to wipe it down with an antibacterial wipe or use warm water and soap. You will not harm the machine by wiping down the outside. We recommend caution when cleaning under the machines, as they are connected to a water source.

Our Service Commitment:

Our commitment to providing outstanding service is still a priority. However, due to the nature of this pandemic, Stonybrook Water will have to exercise caution when scheduling service visits. We ask for your patience when requesting service.

Each service request will be scheduled according to the need and the nature of the service. We will ask for up-to-date contact information and any closures and/or access information. If there are any particular circumstances, Stonybrook Water will work with our customers to find a way to service the equipment.

To help maintain a healthy workforce Stonybrook Water has put the following protocols in place:

• • Encouraging sick workers to stay home.
  • Implementing working from home and phone-based communication.
  • Encouraging hand washing, sanitizing, and other such hygiene.
  • Distancing in the warehouse and office.
  • Distancing in the field and while traveling locally.
